• Annual physical exams including:

• Pelvic exam

• Breast exam

• Pap smears

• Testing, diagnosing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis, HIV)

• Family planning services: Birth control pills, diaphragms, etcetera 

Referrals for mammograms, thermograms, ultrasounds, and advanced testing.

Services available at reasonable, affordable rates. Insurance accepted. Payment plans are available. Visa/Mastercard accepted through PayPal.  Services performed at my home office, your home, or the birth center
